• Mandatory warning statements — use the regulator’s exact current wording.
• THC and CBD content must be displayed.
• Child-resistant packaging required.
• Tamper-evident packaging required.
• Resealable packaging for multi-use or multi-serving products.
• Opaque packaging required (product not visible).
• Required label information in English.
• Minimum type size: 6 pt.
• No imagery or designs that appeal to minors.
